Open the front door for our sales team. Build pipeline with thoughtful outreach, qualify enterprise opportunities, and help shape how Orova goes to market.

About the role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to open the front door for our sales team. You will be the first conversation an enterprise prospect has with Orova, so we are looking for someone who can quickly grasp a customer's world, position the value of voice AI, and write outbound that actually gets read.

You'll work closely with our AEs, marketing, and product teams to refine ICP, messaging, and the playbook itself. Your work directly shapes who we sell to and how we win.

Key responsibilities

  • Run outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings with target accounts.

  • Research enterprise prospects in healthcare, real estate, finance, and customer support to find the best entry points.

  • Run discovery calls, qualify against our ICP, and hand off cleanly to Account Executives.

  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and follow-up flows.

  • Keep CRM hygiene tight — every touch logged, every signal captured.

Necessary skills

  • 1 to 3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Excellent written and spoken English, plus the discipline to send polished outbound at volume.

  • Comfort using a modern sales stack (CRM, sequencer, intent tools) and a habit of measuring everything you do.

  • Curiosity about voice AI, telephony, and the operational realities of contact centers.

  • A bias toward action: you experiment with messaging, learn fast, and bring patterns back to the team.
