About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Software Engineer (DevOps) to join our team and help shape the future of our scalable and secure AI voice infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and automation tools that power our platform.
You will partner closely with infrastructure, ML, and product engineering to keep latency low, reliability high, and our deploys boring. We treat operational excellence as a feature, not an afterthought.
Key responsibilities
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for high availability and cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar frameworks.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and automate routine operations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployment, scaling, and rollback strategies.
Necessary skills
Proven DevOps experience in a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm) and microservices architecture.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go) and familiarity with IaC tools.
Experience with monitoring and logging stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
Deep understanding of networking, security best practices, and cloud cost optimization.
